Southern Wake Realty dba Southern World Relocations has made a name relocating out-of-towners to the Triangle region of NC encompassing Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Cary, Willow Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Wake Forest and Clayton. Southern World Shops, an affiliate of Southern World Relocations, is a client rebate shopping portal and is dedicated to providing green alternatives and discounts to the shopping experience. As sole owner of both, I provide mentoring, training, supervisory and legal support to the brokers in my companies. In addition to my ownership responsibilites, I also take referrals from past customers and help them find their dream home, usually in the luxury and green markets, providing continuing support for their homes in the areas of maintenance, staging and decorating decisions, and instruct them in the use of our shopping portal rebate site. I currently seek other licensed agents to expand the relocation team in time for the turning tide.

I have vast experience in systems implementation (accounting, computer networking and reporting) for new and small business ventures with emphasis on tax reporting due to my background and experience in the CPA environment. I have managed the stock portfolios (basis analysis) of a long-held client base since 1991, many of whose investments are real estate entities. I also, of late, pursued the many other facets of real estate including consulting in architectural design and green retrofitting or renovation, home sales and construction, neighborhood HOA initiation and promotion. I am a REALTOR, NAR Green Broker designee and Accredited Buyer Representative. I have most recently turned my attention to mentoring and recruiting while micromanaging my existing business ventures.
